Healthy & Light Noodles
This is the healthiest noodle dish I've ever tasted! The stock is clear and light with lots of vegetables and some chicken slices. They give you a side of sambal to eat with these noodles (buckwheat soba with some yam noodles). It's deliciously light and flavorful at the beginning but at the end, it was getting kind of bland :P I guess that's what the sambal is for!
